To boost customer engagement and content creation, we designed an interactive UGC gallery landing page for Kohl's, featuring a card-based layout, prominent upload functionality, and categorized filtering for easy shopping and sharing of user-generated photos and videos.

Kohl’s had existing social media user-generated content (UGC) carousels, but engagement was low. The content was difficult to find, often overlooked, and lacked a clear call-to-action for users to contribute their own photos and videos.

Customers weren’t sure how to upload new content, and the process wasn’t intuitive. The goal was to create a dedicated landing page where the social media team could drive traffic, making it easy for users to shop featured UGC and upload their own content.

This project successfully transformed Kohl’s UGC presence, creating a more engaging, user-friendly, and shoppable experience.
